Prajna is the Co-founder and Executive Director of Kauai-based Coherence Lab, a 501(c)(3) organization. Working at the nexus of indigenous wisdom, technology and earth systems science, Coherence Lab brings people together to create fields of coherent, collective intelligence and unified action to positively impact systems at scale, solving some of the most complex issues of our time.

As a social change strategist, Prajna believes in the power of leveraged collaboration and the sharing of assets to support projects more strategically for impact and scale. As an innovator launching technology start-ups, Prajna has specialized in magnifying impact in some of the most unlikely places by synthesizing voices and repositioning allies and competitors as collaborative partners. Prajna served as a member of the executive leadership team for IMPAQ, a management consulting firm, for more than a decade.

Recognized as a community leader in the Rights of Nature movement, Prajna has led community campaigns in California and Hawaii. Prajna serves as an advisory council member for Wisdom Weavers of the World and NuclearWakeUpCall.Earth, has worked with and co-led trainings and lectures with international leaders in transformation including Barbara Marx Hubbard, Joanna Macy, and Dr. Vandana Shiva, and is a contributing author to the book "The Rights of Nature: The Case for a Universal Declaration for the Rights of Mother Earth ".
