Led by love. Backed by wisdom.

Coherence Council

Guided by timeless indigenous wisdom, Kaiāulu is led by our Coherence Council which brings together the collective intelligence of diverse hearts and minds.

As we listen deeply to the Earth and to one another, we catalyze new ways of thinking; free of judgment, limitation, and a scarcity mindset.

Council is a template for a new way of life on Earth. It provides a coherent field of presence that nurtures the shared commons, providing access to the realms where the new reality we dream of already exists.

The ideas which emerge from this sacred space guide our perspective and our actions. This council is in place to ensure that our decisions are made with integrity, through whole systems thinking and in harmony with our natural world.

What it Means to Us

The Kaiāulu Name

Images from space have revealed that Earth is profoundly interconnected. They exposed the scars of the misguided priorities of humanity divided. But our unity is even more powerful than our ability to destroy.

kaiāulu ~ (kaia ulu)

Community, village, tribe; a place where everyone belongs

As we heal our perspectives and harmonize our actions, we make way for new possibilities.

Kaiāulu represents the breath of all life on Earth. We are here to realize the promise of a coherent, symbiotic world with abundant life, where everyone belongs.

“Wrapping the world with the intention of unity that will blossom for future generations.”

Puna Kalama Dawson

Hawaiian elder, cultural practitioner & Coherence Council Co-Founder.

Kaiāulu is a venture of Coherence Lab, which serves as our fiscal partner.

Coherence Lab is a Hawaii-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that is advancing whole systems solutions by uniting Indigenous Wisdom and Earth Systems Science while bringing people together to create fields of coherent, collective intelligence and unified action to positively impact systems at scale.
