Led by love. Backed by wisdom.

Coherence Council

Guided by timeless indigenous wisdom, Kaiāulu is led by our Coherence Council which brings together the collective intelligence of diverse hearts and minds.

Coherence Council stewards Kaiāulu as a living fractal of quantum social change. This diverse circle of Indigenous wisdom holders, systems thinkers, and community guides reflects the values of integrity, humility, relational intelligence, and presence.

As we listen to the Earth and one another, we co-create a generative field where emergent wisdom and regenerative solutions arise.

This council holds open the portals to realities already pulsing with coherence—realities where the future we long for is already seeded.

Guided by ancestral insight and whole-systems visioning, Coherence Council ensures that our decisions are made with care, in harmony with the natural world, and in alignment with the more beautiful world we are remembering into being.

What it Means to Us

The Kaiāulu Name

Images from space have revealed that Earth is profoundly interconnected. They exposed the scars of the misguided priorities of humanity divided. But our unity is even more powerful than our ability to destroy.

kaiāulu ~ (kaia ulu)

Community, village, tribe; a place where everyone belongs

As we heal our perspectives and harmonize our actions, we make way for new possibilities.

Kaiāulu represents the breath of all life on Earth. We are here to realize the promise of a coherent, symbiotic world with abundant life, where everyone belongs.

“Wrapping the world with the intention of unity that will blossom for future generations.”

Puna Kalama Dawson

Hawaiian elder, cultural practitioner & Coherence Council Co-Founder.

Kaiāulu is a venture of Coherence Lab, which serves as our fiscal partner.

Coherence Lab is a Hawaii-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that is advancing whole systems solutions by uniting Indigenous Wisdom and Earth Systems Science while bringing people together to create fields of coherent, collective intelligence and unified action to positively impact systems at scale.
